Bathroom Remodeling

Over the past decades the American bathroom has evolved from purely a necessary room into a retreat. We build it that way.

Bathrooms are no longer purely functional. They are the one room in the house that exists to slow you down.

What a Decoriam bathroom includes

The modern bath incorporates features that have been engineered to enhance relaxation and please the senses: a sunken Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower built for two, small luxuries like a towel warmer, or an in-floor warming system.

Underneath all of it sits the part nobody photographs. We are Schluter Systems certified, so waterproofing membranes, substrates, drainage and movement joints are specified and installed to standard. That is what decides whether your tile is still sound in fifteen years.

Light through frosted glass, hands-free faucets, cabinets that provide sensibly placed storage, or a uniform warming system, or an upgraded sound system. It shouldn't be surprising that there is so much potential payoff in bathroom design.

1

Certified waterproofing

Schluter Systems certified membranes, substrates and drainage. The layer you never see is the one that decides how long the tile lasts.

2

Showers and tubs

Walk-in showers, sunken and freestanding tubs, frameless glass, benches and niches built into the layout rather than added on.

3

Vanities and stone

Single or double vanities with quartz or granite tops, undermount basins and storage sized to the room.

4

Comfort details

Towel warmers, in-floor heating, frosted glass for light without exposure, and hands-free fixtures where they earn their place.

How we work for you

From the first conversation to the final reveal, every stage is agreed with you before it starts.

STEP 01

Personalized Consultation

We start by listening. How you cook, who gathers in the room, and what the space has to do for your family.

STEP 02

Design & Planning

Your layout is drawn and rendered in 3D, so you walk the room and settle every decision before a tool comes out.

STEP 03

Material Selection

We shortlist slabs, tile and finishes with you, then you see the stone in person. No two slabs are alike.

STEP 04

Craftsmanship & Reveal

Certified installation, held to the date we agreed, finished down to the edge profile and the last seam.

Built on trust

Licensed, bonded and insured under ROC #322753, and Schluter Systems certified. The credentials are the easy part. Keeping to them is the work.

Service areas, licensing, materials and how the design stage actually works.

We work out of two locations. Our Arizona shop is at 5411 W Orange Dr, #11 in Glendale, covering the greater Phoenix area, and our Georgia location is at 950 Lochwolde Lane in Bethlehem, covering the greater Atlanta area. Call or text (770) 744-3667 and we will tell you straight away whether your address falls inside our service area.

Yes. Decoriam is licensed, bonded and insured, and our Arizona license is ROC #322753. We are also Schluter Systems certified, which matters most in bathrooms, where the waterproofing you never see is what keeps the tile you do see sound for decades.

Quartz and granite are the two we install most. Quartz is nonporous and resists stains, scratches and impact with very little upkeep, while granite brings natural veining and real heat resistance. We work with MS International, Cossentino, AZ Tile and CityQuartz, and we will always send you to see your slab in person, because no two are alike.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Your layout is drawn and rendered in 3D so you can walk the room before anything is ordered. We also have a visualizer for countertop edge profiles, so you can compare roughly a dozen options against your own cabinets and stone rather than guessing from a sample board.

On larger runs a seam is unavoidable, so the craft is in placing and matching it. A vein-matched seam uses sequential slabs cut from the same face so the veining continues across the join. A book-matched seam mirrors two slabs from opposite faces so the pattern opens out like a pair of pages. We will show you which your stone suits before it is cut.

Send a quote request with your project description, location and a preferred date, or email info@decoriam.com. We are in Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed weekends. From there we book your consultation, measure the room, and get your design and pricing in front of you.
